Welcome to the home of East Broad Records. I started this record label in the midst of a long overdue creative awakening brought on by a confluence of personal and political events that made it impossible for my to ignore my human imperative to create. The whisper in my ear from the Universe, “Hey, you should start your own record label,” has evolved quite rapidly into a mighty artistic collective roaring make art no matter what.
Across every age and civilization, humans have expressed an unrelenting need to make meaning visible, audible, and felt. This drive to create is not ornamental — it is existential. From the earliest cave paintings and hand-carved bone flutes to contemporary art as we know it today, creativity has always served as both mirror and map: a reflection of what we are and a compass for what we might become.
