I met DJ Brookie Breeze aka Disco Breeze LBC at Our Spot Coffee's “One Last Sip” event in Belmont Shores on January 11, 2026. I was attending this event to help out my partner Sam Hopwood serve up some delicious Slow Sunday Bakeshop rustic pastries.
While I was hanging out, I struck up a conversation with a family and learned the young man chilling on the couch was in band called Familiar Faces. He just so happened to be the brother of Brookie Breeze. Mom, dad, and brother were all there to support their sister!
